CUPFA has signed, on January 13th\u00a02015, a letter of agreement (LOA) concerning the posting of summer courses for the summer term 2015.\u00a0 You might remember that we signed a similar LOA in 2012 and 2014. \u00a0 This LOA will apply only to the current year, 2015.<\/p>\n
The minor modifications of this new protocol were agreed to by CUPFA following discussions that would accommodate the Employer, while keeping the dates at the end of the process intact. \u00a0 The Employer’s position was that the timing of the initiation of the hiring process was difficult to incorporate into their deadlines. \u00a0This new process will now give the same amount of time as that allocated for the other hiring processes in the May and October periods.<\/p>\n
The dates will be modified as follows:<\/p>\n
