CUPFA holds an annual Orientation session to focus on our newer colleagues, share ideas, and offer continuing support toward a positive experience at Concordia. In addition to meeting our union executive team, useful topics such as employment rights and benefits, professional development opportunities, and key resources to support teaching are presented in an informal setting where any other topics of interest or individual needs and concerns can be discussed.
